By using a Withamedia product or this website, you agree to these terms and to the applicable YouTube Terms of Service when a product uses YouTube API Services.

Product information

Withamedia may describe products that are in development. Product descriptions, availability, supported devices, and pricing may change before release. Nothing on this website is a promise that a particular product feature will be released.

Creator responsibility

OriginCut helps a creator organize an original production workflow. The creator is responsible for all publishing decisions, factual claims, clearances, permissions, copyright analysis, platform disclosures, and compliance with the rules of any distribution platform. OriginCut does not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee monetization or protection from copyright claims.

Connected services

When a creator authorizes a connected service, the creator controls the permitted action. OriginCut presents the upload and scheduling action for confirmation before sending it. The creator may revoke access through the connected service’s account settings.

Intellectual property

Withamedia owns the original Withamedia brand and website materials unless another owner is identified. Creators retain responsibility for and rights to their own inputs and outputs, subject to the terms of any third-party services they choose to use.
